Child care services ....?
My son is in the child care service program in Texas. It is the first time I have this program so I don't know much about this.. Last week my case worker called me and told me that she was going to put in recrution and pay money I owe to them.. when I first got on the program I had a part time job then I got a full time job and after a while I stay will the full time and a temporaryly job of 4hrs per day sometimes not all week.. But I was going to an ccs office but they didn't informed me and move me to another office in another city . That was in January of this year, and I had send my updated information in December when the move occured. Now almost a year from that time they said that I didn't report that I was working at that time but I keep copies of what I send to them ,, Do you thing this will be enough to prove that I did report that income or do I still have to pay for their mistake? Cuz I did inform them and like I said have copies.. What can I do???? any advice !!!

- submit a complaint to a supervisor and see what they say....you are probably going to have to provide with proof that you sent them documantion that you were working....good luck
