How Many children are allowed in a in home day care service?
My neighbor has day care service run out of her home, how many children is she allowed? And is there somewhere I can go to figure this out, like online?

- every state has home licensing rules, In Michigan it is a 6 to one ratio for a home daycare. There are also rules about the ages, like only being able to have 2 kids under the age of 18 months at any given time and having to count your own kids as part of the daycare until they are 12 or older.
