What to expect at a special needs & regular preschool program during an interview?
I have a job interview in a few days at an integrated preschool. I am going to speak with the school principal for a few minutes, then they are going to let me observe the classroom. They want to know if I would be able to handle a special education preschool as well as the regular preschool. What type of questions would a principal ask ,or what type of questions should I ask of them? This is for a paraprofessional position. Not teaching.

- there is ALWAYS situational questions.
ie "what would you do if......", "how would you react to.......", "tell us about a time when......."
Just take your time to think your answers through, ask for clarification if you need it & be as specific as possible.
