child care services in Korea - how good / bad ?

I need more examples about child surgeries or child care programs you know of.

1. Sorry, I am an Indian and here, there are good and bad child care services. Unless and until you keep a watch over such centres, the child may not be looked after well, though there are good such Centres which do not necessitate any kind of watching. About Korea, I do not know the exact position.
