What are some good questions to ask for a preschool interview?

I am being interviewed for a job as a preschool teacher, and I have thought of a few questions to ask, but I would like a few more ideas. Also, what are some common preschool interview questions I'll be asked? Thanks.

  1. They might ask you some "what if..." questions. Like, what would you do if a child refused to come back into the classroom from outside play? What would you say/do to a child who hit another child? If you're applying for the lead teacher position, they may ask you how you will manage your team of assistant teachers. Since you'll be working as a team, they may ask about your teamwork strategies.

  2. do you like kids?

I think this site has some great ones. Every interview is different, but they usually always ask why do you want to work here? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What would you do in certain situations like biting, fighting, Parent concerns?

    Good luck on your interview.
