help with child care service information?

A cousin of mine isn't being treated right in their home. The family has two other kids, but the parents hold a prejudice against only my friend. Is there any child care service thing I can look at to help?? Please help me. My cousin is a teenager.

   in my area--there needs to be immediate physical danger to put someone in foster care--usuallythey leave tehchidl in place while they investigate--but it causes a lot of upheaval--and can make the situation worse if its unfounded--especially because at most this might be verbal abuse--which isn'ta priority for childrens services

   it seems like a long way off now--but adulthood is around the corner---

   your cousin should try to get good grades/scholarships and go away to college...and than get a job to take care of tehmselves



2. Talk to your parents first. Be very careful in reporting abuse as it could cause all the children to be put into foster care while the charges are being investigated. Most teenagers at one time or another think their parents are mean. Your parents can help.
