How to get approved for a licensed day care?

I just need to know how I can be a licensed day care provider. I live in Oklahoma.

1. The best thing would be to research it yourself. I don't think you should be trying to find out to run a licensed daycare on Y!A.

   That is the link for the child care licensing agency in your state. You should really check out the website. It lists all the state regulations. You should double check that you have all the requirements met. Then fill out the application. One of the inspectors will come inspect your home to make sure that it is safe for children... such as look to make sure that you have all the child proofers in place, no dangerous chemicals hanging around, your house is up to code, etc. She will ask you lots of questions. It is good to have a daily schedule ready for them to see as well as menus of what you plan on feeding the children.
