should workers who dont havethe need for child care services be paid extra compensation by the empl?
If a company provides employer-paid child care services to workers with children, should workers who do not have children or the need for child care services be paid extra compensation by the employer? --

- Good idea. Better would be to abolish employer-paid child care and let parents pay for child care, nanny, or whatever they choose for their child. And stop having those without children (or with proper childcare) pick up the slack for parents who are late "because of child care issues," or disappear for PTA meetings, or spend an hour on the phone helping a kid with homework (or arguing about chores & homework), etc. Too many parents think they are some gods' gift to the world for procreating and therefore should be entitled to privileges or higher pay (for less work), or think parenthood is an excuse for not doing their work. It is often a genuine pain in the you-know.
