How hard is it to find affordable Child Care in the Rural areas?

Would you like the rural areas to have a custom built child safe building, local child care providers, 24 hour child care to cover shift workers, Government child care subsidised and provisions for child care for no more then 6 children per building?

1. Most women in rural areas are stay at home Moms. I dont know that the need is there


2. You don't have shift workers in rural areas.


3. the bigger question is:

   how hard is it to find AFFORDABLE child care ANYWHERE?
