I have an AA Degree in child care can I start a child daycare center?

- check with your state licencing agency to be sure. you may or may not be able to open an actual center but you could probably definately open up a licenced home daycare..there is a difference in the two.

- I have been told you can have up to two children in your home without a license.
Otherwise you must get a daycare license which I have also been told isn't too hard!
An AA degree with probably help with getting parents in and you can make your rates a little higher because you have specific training.
But you will definitely need a license for your day care to be legal!
