why dont a lot of employers offer child care services?

1. if you think about the capitalism system... they want more bang for their buck. if they are paying for someone to sit and watch children all day, than they are not making profit. and thats what capitalism is all about, the most profit the cheapest way


2. i once worked for a very small company, people sometimes brought their kids into work. i asked y we didn't just use the little room in the front for a daycare. i was told that the insurance for something like that is so high that they couldn't consider it. probably you have to work for some big company that can afford it.


3. Liability, they don't want the risk.


4. They do in a lot of European countries...not the U.K. we're not developed enough for that! But it's prety standard in a lot of othere countries.
